All content, trade names, software architectures, algorithms (including KI Audit Solution and Explanation-Based Auditing System), designs, and materials on this site are the exclusive property of KI Design LLC and protected by international intellectual property laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the security or accessibility of KI Design platforms or web infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KI Design disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
